NOTICE - 448.150 is OFF THE AIR!
March 2008
I've taken this repeater off the air as it developed an issue in the receiver and transmitter. I will try to get the issues resolved and put the system back on the air as quickly as possible.

448.150 is a private but open repeater with a PL tone of 100.0 hertz. The site is located north of the Buford exit on I-80, west of Cheyenne and consists of an:
- Motorola Micor 110-watt UHF commercial repeater.
- Computer Automation Technologies CAT-300DX repeater controller.
- Hy-Gain G-6 Dual band vertical antenna, mounted at 40 feet above ground level.
- GE 6-cavity Bp mobile duplexer.
- 60-foot run of Belden 9913 coax.
- This repeater is coordinated as a "wide-coverage" system, extending into both Colorado and Nebraska.
Future enhancements
- Replace CAT-300DX controller with an S-COM 7330 controller .
- Replace 9913 coax with 1/2 inch Heliax Hardline.
- Replace the GE mobile duplexer with a Wacom 6-cavity Bp-Br duplexer.
- (Jan 2008) 6-cavity Duplexer obtained. Will be installed in the spring of 2008.
- Establish this UHF system as a center "hub" for linking purposes.
- Link 448.150 to 145.235.
- Link 448.150 to 147.000 in Banner County, Harrisburg, Nebraska.
